About the Team:

Join our dynamic Marketing support team focused on Modern Infrastructure. In this entry-level role (1-3 years of experience), you'll collaborate closely with up to two account managers, tracking materials, managing timelines, and ensuring due dates are met. Expect to participate in client calls while contributing to marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working hand and hand with Marketing Account Managers (MAM) in the planning, development, and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Act as a liaison for project material coordination—interfacing with clients and internal teams to gather necessary assets and develop tracking tools.
  • Build an understanding of Ingram Micro’s reseller customer base for effective event planning and marketing execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, with the ability to learn additional applications as needed.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—capable of articulating ideas professionally with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented multitasker with problem-solving skills, organizational expertise, and time management abilities.
  • Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships and execute ideas effectively

About the Role

A successful Associate Marketing Client Services Manager is resourceful, proactive, capable of multi-tasking, have problem solving skills, strong attention to detail and effective organizational and time management skills.

You must display the ability to bring innovative, dynamic thinking to the overall marketing strategy. You must be able to understand the overall marketing strategy as it pertains to the completion of your vendor investments. You must be a trusted advocate for Agency Ingram Micro, have the ability to adapt to any changes related to vendor or market trends. You must be able to build strong relationships both internally and externally to enhance your presence with the key stakeholders.

Education:

  • Education: Formal education or training: Bachelor's degree or relevant additional experience in related field.  

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
