JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning (Digital) will support the planning and execution of promotional strategies for FOX Entertainment programming across FOX One, Hulu, Tubi, MVPD partners, and other digital and synergy platforms. This role will help translate FOX’s programming priorities into organized digital plans and ensure that assets, messaging, metadata, and partner support are delivered accurately and on time.


The Associate Manager will manage day-to-day coordination across digital and distribution partners, including promo trafficking, on-platform merchandising, CRM planning, asset approvals, partner communications, and support tracking. The role will work closely with the Strategic Promo Planning team and partners across Creative, Publicity, Legal, Platform Marketing, Distribution, and Performance & Insights. The Associate Manager, Strategic Promo Planning (Digital) will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Promo Planning.


We are looking for a strategic-minded marketing professional with impeccable attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, communicates clearly, builds strong working relationships, and can take ownership of projects from planning through execution. They should be comfortable adjusting as priorities change while maintaining accuracy and a high level of organization.


Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement


A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the development and execution of digital and non-linear promotional plans across FOX One, Hulu, Tubi, VOD, MVPD partners, and synergy platforms
  • Coordinate promo trafficking, asset delivery, approvals, and partner support in collaboration with the team coordinator and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and track synergy support across TMZ, Tubi, and News, including AV, banners, and pause ads
  • Support FOX Entertainment CRM planning and coordinate CRM opportunities with FOX One, Hulu, and other internal partners
  • Coordinate FOX One support, including short-form content, on-platform merchandising calendars, marketing updates, and title visibility
  • Coordinate Hulu support, including show page openings, promotional placements, Hulu Spotlight opportunities, key art delivery, marketing briefs, and upcoming slate presentations
  • Manage and update Tubi episode release schedules, monitor for discrepancies, and manage communication with Tubi counterparts
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for FOX Distribution and MVPD partners by sharing marketing updates, tracking support, coordinating asset approvals, and helping present upcoming programming priorities
  • Oversee the metadata library and legal lines in partnership with Publicity, Legal, and other internal teams
  • Keep trackers, calendars, planning documents, and status updates while monitoring deadlines, work orders, and deliverables
  • Provide campaign details and execution context to the team for performance reporting, post-campaign recaps, and future planning recommendations
  • Communicate plans, changes, deadlines, and follow-up needs clearly and contribute to a collaborative team environment

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, entertainment marketing, distribution, broadcast operations, or a related field
  • Experience working with digital platforms, streaming services, MVPDs, content partners, or other media and entertainment businesses
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep information, assets, and schedules accurate
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, calendars, presentations, and asset-management or cloud-based systems
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms, on-platform merchandising, CRM, digital promotion, or content operations
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adjust quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience in entertainment marketing, including work with streaming and digital platform partners, MVPDs, VOD, CRM, or digital content distribution
  • Experience supporting promotional campaigns, managing external partners, or coordinating entertainment marketing assets

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $67,000.00-75,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
