Position Summary
We’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help bring our brand strategy to life. In this role, you’ll contribute to brand growth by analyzing performance, supporting product development, and executing impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, in tune with consumer trends, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Execution
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty across channels.
- Assist in managing seasonal marketing initiatives, key brand moments, and long-term growth plans.
Product Launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new product innovations to market—from ideation to launch.
- Contribute to the development of creative briefs, packaging concepts, copywriting, and product marketing materials.
Go-to-Market Support
- Partner with internal teams—including influencer, social, creative, and digital marketing—to activate product storytelling and hero moments across platforms.
- Ensure alignment on messaging, visuals, and timelines for high-impact campaigns.
Business & Performance Analysis
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze sales, market, and consumer data.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize brand performance.
Competitive & Consumer Insights
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Support research initiatives and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in brand or product marketing, preferably within the beauty or skincare industry
- Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye for branding and storytelling
- Data-savvy with the ability to interpret sales reports, consumer insights, and digital analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident in presenting ideas
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Deep passion for beauty, skincare, and emerging trends; actively follows beauty influencers and launches
