The Associate M&A Attorney will oversee transaction processes, draft and negotiate agreements, manage day-to-day execution, and conduct due diligence for company acquisitions.

What you will do:
- The Associate M&A Attorney will be leading the transaction process from LOI to Closing in the acquisition of new network companies.
- Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction agreements independently
- Managing multiple aspects of day-to-day transaction execution
- Drafting, reviewing letters of intent and related agreements. Experience with private equity transactions is a plus.
- Overseeing the closing process for newly acquired entities
- Substantial responsibility for closing M&A and related transactions
- Conducting due diligence reviews
- Delegate to paralegals and other support staff
What you bring:
- 3+ years of M&A experience
- Experience in drafting documents related to mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in preparation for such transactions.
- Experience evaluating and analyzing potential acquisitions and partnerships
- Strong drafting and analytical skills, great attention to detail, high level of organization, strong verbal and interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
