We advise and represent a diverse client base that includes both U.S.-based and international companies, investors, and institutions. Our work regularly involves complex corporate and securities matters and insurance defense and coverage matters, general corporate governance and advisory work, and sophisticated business litigation.

Job duties:
 
Work remote. We have offices in Encinitas and Costa Mesa.
 
  • Manage insurance defense litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Evaluate liability and damages exposure; provide case analysis and client reporting.
  • Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
 
 
 
Required:
·        CA Bar
·        Recent insurance defense experience
