The Associate Program at Kognitiv is designed to fast-track early career or career transitioning professionals into the world of Workday consulting. It’s a structured, hands-on development program that combines training, mentorship, and real-world project experience to help associates build their expertise in Workday.

Associates in this class will be assigned to one of two teams - Workday HCM or Workday Financials.

What You’ll Do:

  • Accelerate Your Career: Experience a program designed to fast-track your development into a successful Workday consultant.

  • Gain Expertise: Dive into Workday HCM or Workday Financials and related modules with hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world projects, earning certifications and building technical skills.

  • Collaborate with Clients: Partner with clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and implement configurations that make their systems shine.

  • Drive Innovation: Lead working sessions, propose innovative recommendations, and troubleshoot like a pro.

  • Build Professional Skills: Develop communication, project management, and problem-solving skills essential for consulting success.

  • Thrive in a Dynamic Environment: Stay organized and efficient while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing workplace.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and problem-solving.

  • Top-notch communication skills for connecting with clients and remote teams.

  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow your expertise in Workday.

Salary: $70,000 base + annual bonus & other perks 

Your Interview Journey:

  • February 9th - 19th : Connect with our Talent Team for an introductory interview.

  • Week of February 23rd : Show off your Excel skills in a quick assessment.

  • March 2nd - March 12th: Dive into a case study and culture-focused interview.

  • Week of March 16th: Offers to be made and communicated

  • April 13th : Your journey with Kognitiv begins!
