About you
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented Associate Graphic Designer with 2-4 years of experience who loves working in Canva to join our marketing team. In this role, you'll play a key part in developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity across various marketing and internal materials.
Responsibilities:
  • Design and create visually engaging templates for ebooks, guides, infographics, and other marketing collateral using Canva.
  • Develop and maintain branded presentation deck templates for Sales, Customer Success, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining comprehensive brand visual guidelines.
  • Ensure consistency across all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines and best design practices.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand their design needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Organize and manage Canva assets, templates, and design libraries for easy access and use by team members.
  • Regularly review and update templates and materials to reflect the evolving brand identity and market trends.
  • Provide creative input and fresh ideas to continually enhance visual storytelling across the company.
  • Assist with light content staging in HubSpot, including setting up blog posts, landing pages, and basic web page layout to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Proficiency in Canva with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, consistent visual assets.
  • Understanding of basic graphic design principles (color theory, typography, layout, and composition).
  • Familiarity with creating templates that are easy-to-use for non-designers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and aesthetics, ensuring all designs meet brand standards.

Nice to have:
  • Experience with branding or contributing to brand style guides.
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS environments.
