  • Continue learning from senior team members and asking questions.
  • Start identifying areas for personal improvement and seek feedback from the Deployment Operations Leads and peers.
  • Communicate with team members to walk through resolutions and manage escalations.

  • Begin to take ownership of small deployment tasks, manage quality assurance and improve processes ensuring installations are completed to RADAR's standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving deployment processes.
  • Contribute to improvement of deployment processes and documentation.
  • Evaluate personal progress and set goals for the future with input from the Deployment Operations Leads.

  • You are willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
  • You are able to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Preferred:

  • You have previous experience with RFID technology.
  • You are willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays, as needed.

At RADAR, your pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role is an exempt position at $64,000-$97,000. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including: equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan,  flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

Research has shown that women & underrepresented minorities are more likely to read lists of requirements and consider themselves unqualified if they don't meet every single one. This list represents what we're ideally looking for, but everyone has unique strengths & weaknesses, and we hire for strength & potential, not lack of weakness.

Use of artificial intelligence or a LLM such as ChatGPT during the interview process will be grounds for rejection of your application process.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
