Job Description

As an Associate Distinguished Engineer AI Strategy & Advisory, you will serve as a trusted advisor to CxO and senior leadership teams, guiding them through their AI transformation journey. This role bridges the gap between business vision and technical realization, enabling enterprises to unlock value through data, automation, and generative AI. You will define AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, architect scalable solutions, and nurture long-term strategic relationships ” positioning yourself as both a technical thought leader and a business enabler.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory
• Partner with CxO and senior executives to define AI vision, roadmap, and business priorities aligned with enterprise goals.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable AI opportunities and use cases.
• Educate and influence stakeholders on emerging AI trends, governance, and ethical adoption frameworks.
• Define operating models, change management plans, and success metrics for AI adoption.

Architecture & Solution Leadership
• Support sales process with designing and/or guiding the development of POCs and demos leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, and synthetic data sources.
• Prioritize customer pain points, and business problems and align them with technical capabilities.
• Recommend cloud-native and hybrid architectures leveraging MLOps, LLMOps, and scalable AI infrastructure.
• Oversee solution blueprints and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance standards for customers.

Innovation & Ecosystem Enablement
• Lead AI innovation sessions, workshops, and proof-of-value (PoV) initiatives with clients.
• Build cross-functional alignment among business units, data engineering, and AI product teams.
• Collaborate with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, Google) and technology partners (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.) to shape go-to-market strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry developments to continuously evolve the organization's AI portfolio and offerings.

Client Relationship & Growth
• Act as the executive technology partner for key strategic accounts, driving AI-led transformation engagements.
• Support business development with thought leadership, proposal shaping, and client presentations.
• Develop executive communication material ” strategy papers, AI maturity assessments, and value realization frameworks.

Qualifications

Qualifications
• 12+ years of experience in Data, AI, or Digital Transformation, with 5+ years in advisory or solution architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML ecosystems (foundation models, NLP, computer vision, MLOps, LLMOps).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Proven track record of consulting or influencing senior executives on AI strategy and digital innovation.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presence skills.
• Thought leadership in AI (publications, conferences, patents, or industry recognition preferred).
