Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Tech Consulting – Digitization & Automation team, focusing on Office of the CFO (OCFO) initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading finance technology transformation projects, managing key stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members while ensuring agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You will work with CFOs and finance leadership to optimize digital finance strategies, enhance financial systems, and drive automation and analytics adoption.


Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

·         Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs and finance leadership, providing insights on digital transformation, financial systems, and process optimization.

·         Proactively engage, manage, and influence key stakeholders, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and business outcomes.

·         Facilitate discussions between finance, IT, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

Leadership & Team Development

·         Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

·         Provide coaching and career development support, ensuring high performance across project teams.

·         Oversee project delivery by junior team members, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with client objectives.

Agility in Project Execution

·         Navigate complex and ambiguous project environments, adapting to evolving business priorities and challenges.

·         Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring flexibility in responding to client needs and market changes.

·         Implement agile methodologies where applicable, ensuring iterative progress and continuous improvement in transformation initiatives.

Technology & Digital Finance Transformation

·         Drive finance technology modernization by assessing, recommending, and implementing ERP, EPM, and automation tools.

·         Work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for finance analytics, process automation, and AI-driven insights.

·         Stay ahead of emerging trends in finance technology, cloud solutions, and digital transformation to guide clients effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 6+ years in finance transformation, technology advisory, or digital finance consulting, with a focus on CFO-led initiatives.

Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to engage, influence, and align CFOs, finance executives, and IT leaders.

 Leadership: Strong experience in leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a high-performance team environment.

Agility & Adaptability: Ability to navigate shifting priorities, work in ambiguous environments, and manage multiple projects.

System Implementation Expertise: Strong understanding of the system implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

 Implementation Delivery Experience: Hands-on experience in the end-to-end delivery of system implementations, such as ERP (NetSuite, D365, SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM (Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive, Hyperion, OneStream), RPA (UiPath, Power Automate), and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

 Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess complex financial processes and identify technology-driven improvements.

 Communication & Presentation: Excellent ability to convey complex financial and technology concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mid-market systems and applications, in specific NetSuite is a plus.
  • Finance and/or accounting background or experience a plus.
