Role Description

We are seeking a Associate Director-Sales for a remote full time position at RiskProfiler. In this pivotal role, you will oversee sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development activities on a daily basis.

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Spearhead efforts to identify and cultivate new business relationships that align with RiskProfiler’s growth objectives.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to assess their IT and cybersecurity needs, articulating our solution through tailored proposal and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Event Representation: Represent RiskProfiler at national events, trade shows, and conferences, promoting our brand and building connections within the industry.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement effective sales strategies, managing a robust pipeline from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment of client expectations with our capabilities.
