KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is responsible for leading and managing the Business Process Models across the Wellbeing Collective, leading a team of junior Product Owners operating in smaller defined spaces.  They will take the primary responsibility for Enterprise Resource Planning (in Microsoft D365), covering core business pro

cesses of Record To Report, Procure To Pay and Order To Cash.  This role will work closely with functional process owners across the Operating Companies and Functional teams to translate business requirements into solutions.  They will partner the business functions, the Wellbeing D365 Technical Lead, the Unilever technical teams and our partners toward a successful implementation. They will own the strategic product roadmap ensuring the greatest business value and adoption. A successful candidate is a committed, D365 SC/Ops expert, great at working within teams to deliver complex projects, skilled at managing senior stakeholder expectations and communicating complex issues in an understandable way.

YOU WILL:

Lead, implement and own the product strategy for Wellbeing Collective, with a specific responsibility for D365.

Translate stakeholder requirements into solutions within D365.

Serve as a SC/Ops and finance D365 subject matter expert to assist stakeholders as needed throughout the project and during change management.

Partner with D365 product owners in Liquid IV, VMS and Nutrafol to ensure governance in a single instance, identifying synergies and resolving conflicts.

Chair the WBC Design Authority to ensure the highest levels of process review, governance and design best practice are adhered to.

Drive new product features and functionality as a part of continual optimization of D365 and the surrounding process and technology landscape.

Act as a core part of the D365 project team, using experience to ensure successful delivery of D365 which meets business needs and drives business value.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (specializing in SC/Ops and finance).
  • Good understanding of business operations and process, in SC/Ops and finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent expertise from work experience.
  • 10+ years experience leading business systems within a dynamic & rapidly growing organization, CPG/Manufacturing/Wholesale/Retail preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in leading a team of Product Managers to delivery coherent and aligned roadmaps.
  • Experience in managing external partners and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships. An outstanding communicator and influencer, capable of working effectively with counterparts, of all work levels, across the world.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $141,680 to $212,520. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
