About the role
Swoop Communities powered by MyHealthTeam is seeking an Associate Director of Partnership Success to provide internal support to the Sales Team by managing pharma partner advertising programs during the pre- and post-sale process. This includes media plan and deck creation, campaign implementation, optimization, reporting, and ensuring prompt resolution of advertiser business issues.
The Sales Team will view the Associate Director of Partnership Success as a strategic partner who has a good understanding of client objectives and the needs of up to 15-20 pharma accounts. The Associate Director will be involved in all steps of the sales cycle from proposal through campaign reporting and monthly billing.
What you'll do
- Develop strong understanding of Swoop Communities by MyHealthTeam media products and implement and execute advertising campaigns to ensure delivery and performance.
- Coordinate internal efforts between other cross-functional teams as necessary.
- Provide creative/third-party tags to the Ad Operations team, and ensure clients’ ads are trafficked, monitored, and optimized.
- Develop internal relationships and effectively communicate media program details to internal teams including Alliance Management, Partner Results, Ad Operations, and Marketing.
- Independently complete RFPs and strategic development of presentations for Sales Team members.
- Provide ongoing campaign management to ensure revenue is maximized.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly client reports for delivery and performance.
- Research competitive intelligence when necessary.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of seven to 10 years’ experience in an agency or publisher environment with media-planning responsibilities (ideally within the pharma marketing realm)
- A detail-oriented mindset that thrives under pressure and tight delivery timeframes
- An understanding of third-party advertising tags and reporting
- A proactive, results-oriented outlook with strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the latest digital advertising trends and online media
- Knowledge of third-party measurement platforms (Crossix, IQVIA, Comscore)
- CRM, Google Ad Manager, DoubleVerify, and Prisma Mediaocean experience a plus
- Preferred EST time zone or comfortable working EST business hours
