The base salary range for this role is $137,500 - $221,500.00.

What You'll Do:
- Implement overall HR strategies for Fulfillment HR Operations, driving a high-performing, highly engaged culture
- Work alongside HR leaders supporting Fulfillment Operations to collaboratively complete the long-term vision for key talent initiatives that consistently improve effectiveness and help us achieve our business goals
- Drive future organizational design and change management initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team
- Engage with HR COEs and business leaders to build and complete timely, effective, and scalable people programs and processes which will support the business. These include (but are not limited to) team member relations, leadership development, talent assessment, building our hiring brand, diversity planning and organizational planning
- Complete long-range growth planning that impacts the engagement, performance, training, development, and retention of our workforce
- Partner with leaders to understand and anticipate hiring and development needs against the capabilities needed to deliver strategic objectives and support overall business goals
- Promote our company's Operating Principles throughout the organization
- Ensure organizational compliance with all Federal and State laws
- Position may require travel
What You'll Need:
- 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high rate-of-change environments
- Bachelor's degree and/or Masters in a relevant field and appropriate HR certifications
- Demonstrable ability to influence and lead change with leaders
- Experience with aligning people strategy with business goals and growth
- Proven success in delivering high-impact people operations programs around performance management, culture, team member engagement and retention

The base salary range for this role is $137,500 - $221,500.00.
- The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant. C08+ positions may also be eligible for annual bonus.
