How you will impact the organization…

The Associate Director, Growth B2B Marketing is responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth through integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns. This role focuses on targeting high-value accounts, leveraging intent data, and optimizing the customer journey across digital touchpoints.

Reporting to the Director of Web Marketing, the Associate Director partners with marketing operations, product marketing, sales, and external vendors to develop campaigns that accelerate growth in key verticals such as healthcare, financial services, and legal. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring programs are data-driven, measurable, and optimized for impact.


The value you will deliver…

  • Design and execute demand generation and growth campaigns across enterprise B2B markets, using data-driven targeting strategies to prioritize high-value accounts.
  • Lead multi-channel campaign execution across email, paid search, paid social, content syndication, programmatic advertising, and digital events.
  • Leverage ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and market data (e.g., Definitive Healthcare) to segment audiences, identify buying intent, and build personalized outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations, product marketing, and sales to ensure campaigns align with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with content teams to define campaign narratives and develop assets that support lead nurturing and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing operations to ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and data hygiene in Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Manage campaign measurement and reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize tactics and improve ROI.
  • Oversee vendor partnerships to maximize campaign reach and lead quality.
  • Mentor junior marketing team members, fostering collaboration and a test-and-learn culture.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging growth marketing technologies, and B2B demand generation best practices.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve marketing workflows and technology adoption.
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance the overall integrated marketing strategy.

What you will bring to the table…

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in driving demand generation and pipeline growth and growth marketing.
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and reporting on pipeline impact.
  • Proven track record of using marketing technologies to deliver measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalent MAP), 6sense, LinkedIn, Google Search Ads, Google Analytics and Definitive Healthcare (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of ABM and intent data platforms.
  • Familiarity with content syndication and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using Excel and Google Sheets to evaluate campaign performance, segment audiences, and track ROI.
  • Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, marketing operations, and content teams.
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in enterprise marketing, particularly in healthcare, financial services, or legal industries.
  • Prior experience working closely with sales on account-based strategies.
  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation or ABM platforms beyond the core stack.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional details… 

  • Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Dallas, Los Angeles or Las Vegas)
  • Travel requirements: Up to 10% travel
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet
  • Eligible for sponsorship: No

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $156,000 USD annually. On Target Earnings are between. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits. This job doesn't have an expiration date and will remain open until a qualified candidate is hired.
