Your role at Clorox:

Senior finance leader responsible for owning a core pillar of finance transformation focused on reporting, process redesign, and insight generation. Combines Azure Data Lake product ownership with end-to-end transformation leadership to deliver faster, more accurate, and insight-driven decision-making across Finance.

In this role, you will:

Own Reporting & Insights Transformation (30%)

  • Deliver the FP&A reporting strategy and roadmap
  • Lead Azure (Model Lakehouse -ESSLake).as the FP&A reporting platform
  • Standardize and enhance management reporting with actionable insights

Product Ownership & Technology Enablement (25%)

  • Act as Product Owner for Azure (Model Lakehouse -ESSLake).  
  • Translate business needs into scalable system solutions
  • Drive adoption of analytics, automation, and Gen AI use cases

Lead Planning & Close cycle Improvements (20%)

  • Coordinate planning and close process improvements projects to reduce cycling time and improve accuracy and agility (Kaizen initiatives execution and coordination)
  • Streamline financial close and reporting cycles with IBP integration.
  • Enable continuous scenario planning and advance capabilities tools (AI ready)  

Enterprise Transformation Leadership (15%)

  • Lead and integrate cross-functional transformation initiatives related to reporting and process optimizations.
  • Align Finance, Business, Data, and Technology efforts
  • Influence senior stakeholders and drive execution

Data Governance & Quality (5%)

  • Ensure data integrity, controls, and standardized definitions

Team Leadership & Change Management (5%)

  • Lead COE and drive adoption of new capabilities and processes

Scope & Impact

  • Owns Reporting & Insight transformation pillar
  • Enterprise-wide impact across FP&A and Controllers
  • High visibility with senior leadership
  • Direct impact on forecast accuracy, reporting speed, and decision quality
  • Manage a team of 5 people, including one FTE, one contractor and 3 Interns.  

What we look for:

  • 13+ years in FP&A, analytics, or finance transformation
  • Strong expertise in reporting, forecasting, and planning processes.
  • Experience with finance systems (Azure/SAP/Anaplan). AI integration experience is a plus.   
  • Proven ability to lead transformation and influence senior stakeholders
  • Clear communicator who explains complex ideas simply. Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail. Organized and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Adaptable, positive, and a strong team player.

We are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future teammates about our full salary ranges. We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $153,700 - $309,000

–Zone B: $140,900 - $283,300

–Zone C: $128,100 - $257,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
