- Leverage principles of modern-day safety science such as human performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, influence operational leaders, and support teams to reduce safety risks in our processes, providing a safe and healthy working environment for team members.
- Build trust, inspire confidence in their operations team, and influence change.
- Support the building of risk foresight into the operational practices and be able to analyze safety data.
- Support and develop senior operational leaders on EHS visions, practices, and policies.
- 75% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, or related field and 8 years of experience.
- Full term of experience must include: OSHA regulations specifically 29 CFR 1910;
- Implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment; and
- Intelex, Avetta, Asana, Smartsheet, Safety Management Systems, Microsoft Office, or other similar workspace software.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP).
- 75% domestic travel required.
- Telecommuting permitted.
