By joining our rapidly growing Coupa practice you will serve as a trusted partner to our clients. You’ll bring your first-hand experience, unique perspectives, and functional knowledge to deliver tailored integrated solutions that help our clients solve today's challenges and set the foundation for future success. As an Associate Director at CrossCountry Consulting you will be responsible for a mix of client delivery, leading teams and developing junior team members, and participating in business development activities.
What You'll Do:
- Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
- Own and expand client relationships by advising clients on best practices for managing their business processes, overseeing project scope, and ensuring excellent client service
- Foster business development opportunities by networking within existing clients, participating on proposal teams in securing new client work, and generating leads from a network outside of existing client work
- Mentor team members by coaching colleagues, providing regular ongoing feedback and annual performance reviews, and helping project teams resolve complex issues
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation across multiple modules within Financial Systems (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.)
- Procure to Pay experience with Coupa, Oracle, SAP, and/or Ariba
- Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules
- Experience defining system strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, data conversion and implementing software platforms alongside business proves improvements
- Ability to modify existing content and create new content and deliverables for specific client needs
- Ability to articulate and create design documentation for functional areas within sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, contracting and others
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline
- Coupa certification preferred
- **Willingness to travel domestically 50% -75%. Travel varies based on client preferences**
