About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Director, Client Success to lead and grow relationships with our public sector healthcare clients. In this role, you will own strategic accounts end-to-end, driving revenue growth, retention, and long-term partnership value.

Reporting into our Senior Director of Client Success over the Public Sector team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while leading complex account strategies across healthcare systems, payers, and public sector organizations. You will operate at the intersection of commercial growth and client impact, ensuring our solutions deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth, client adoption, and market expansion
  • Own renewals, upsell, and expansion opportunities across assigned high-value accounts
  • Identify and pursue new use cases, departments, and service line expansion opportunities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, including C-suite, clinical, and procurement leaders
  • Build trusted relationships and position Hello Heart as a critical partner to client success
  • Lead business reviews with senior stakeholders to align on performance, outcomes, and long-term strategy
  • Manage complex renewal cycles and multi-stakeholder procurement processes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations to deliver client outcomes
  • Provide market feedback and customer insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Track account performance against key metrics and proactively identify retention risks with mitigation plans
  • Travel up to 40% to support client engagement and relationship building

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools to execute workflows, analyze information, and improve productivity, with the ability to evaluate and refine outputs independently
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or management consulting
  • Proven experience managing complex, high-value healthcare accounts across public sector or regulated environments
  • Strong experience engaging and influencing C-level healthcare stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of healthcare systems, payers, and public sector healthcare ecosystems
  • Experience managing long, multi-stakeholder procurement and renewal cycles
  • Strong strategic thinking, account planning, and revenue ownership capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MPH, or equivalent advanced degree preferred

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $160,000.00 to $190,000.00. Salary ranges are determined by role and level. Compensation is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
