The Role        

Level up with Canvas as our Associate Director—a media strategist and digital dynamo ready to supercharge Roblox. Reporting to the VP, Strategy, you’ll orchestrate cross-channel campaigns, unleash digital creativity, and wield insights and data like a pro.

 

When the squad’s under construction, every strategy session, check-in, and pivot matters. Collaboration is our secret weapon, and smart coordination turns mess to magic. With everyone in sync, we deliver VIP service and strategic wins—together.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Mastermind global media plans—digital, TV, radio, and more—like a conductor with wi-fi.

  • Shape the brand’s story using consumer insights, creative flair, and a sprinkle of data magic.

  • Fuse brand and performance media for campaigns that are both smooth and accountable.

  • Turn strategy into action—think audience targeting, smart bidding, and KPIs that actually matter.

  • Craft and wrangle media deliverables: RFPs, plans, decks, flowcharts, budgets… basically, your creative toolkit.

  • Keep campaigns running smoother than a fresh spreadsheet: decks, data pulls, reports, and reconciliations.

  • Champion fresh media strategies and tech, partnering with the best in the biz to amp up results.

  • Play team captain with Analytics, Ad Ops, Programmatic, Search, Social, and more—alignment for the win!

  • Keep clients happy: updates, timelines, reviews, and handling curveballs like a pro.

  • Mentor junior talent—help them level up in strategy and execution (plus a little career wisdom).

Salary and Benefits
Actual base salary is determined upon factors such as experience, qualifications, training, certifications, and internal equity. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Base salary is part of a total rewards package that includes highly competitive benefits like generous medical, dental, vision, pet insurance, commuter benefits, disability and life insurance coverage, 401(k) matching, up to 14 holidays per year, a “Do Good Day,” and unlimited PTO.

In-Office Work Schedule
This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.
