Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Sales & Growth to lead the expansion of our digital transformation and modernization portfolio in the U.S. market. This senior leadership role will be responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies while driving client acquisition among Fortune 100-500 companies. We are looking for a candidate with deep industry experience in digital transformation who is equally comfortable in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth Leadership: Define and implement strategies to expand our digital transformation portfolio. Leverage partnerships, PaaS/SaaS/cloud-hyperscale alliances, and startup ecosystems to develop new client relationships. Represent the company at key industry events to foster growth.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and secure new clients to enhance our market presence among top U.S. enterprises.
  • Market Development & Thought Leadership: Develop and prioritize digital service offerings to drive business growth while contributing to thought leadership initiatives.
  • Portfolio Expansion: Collaborate with business units to evolve digital consulting offerings, including customer experience, supply chain, eCommerce, and marketing technology.
  • Cross-functional Partnership: Work closely with delivery, technology, and sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful delivery of digital services.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in sales and growth within digital services, with a significant focus on the U.S. market.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic alliances, growing client portfolios, and acquiring Fortune 100-500 clients.
  • Extensive experience in digital transformation strategies, including PaaS/SaaS, cloud-hyperscale partnerships, and industry trends.
  • Strong background in delivery, technology, and sales, with the ability to align solutions to business needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.

Desired Outcomes:

  • Revenue Growth: Achieve a 30% year-over-year increase in revenue from digital transformation services by successfully onboarding new Fortune 100-500 clients and expanding engagements with existing clients.
  • New Client Acquisition: Secure at least three new Fortune 100-500 clients annually, expanding our U.S. presence and building a diverse portfolio across target industries.
  • Portfolio Development: Collaborate with business units to launch at least one new digital service offering (e.g., digital customer experience or marketing technology) that aligns with industry trends, meets client demand, and strengthens our competitive position.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
