JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Digital Marketer to join the Specialized Retail Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our CRM programs across our owned retail ecosystem, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and executing campaigns across email and social media. As a key contributor to our retail marketing efforts, you will help deliver top-tier rider care and world-class service, working collaboratively across teams.

This position may be fully remote, or hybrid based on your location.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • CRM Program Management: Oversee and manage CRM programs, including setting up and executing campaigns, testing, scheduling sends, and reviewing automated flows.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including email, SMS, web, and social media.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute digital marketing campaigns by collaborating cross-functionally to drive results.
  • Measurement and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance; provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Internal Education: Educate internal stakeholders on CRM best practices, digital marketing strategies, and in-store platform usage to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  • SEO Support: Contribute to SEO strategies to enhance online presence and improve search engine rankings for Specialized Retail web pages.
  • Research: Conduct market research to uncover consumer insights, identify emerging trends, and analyze competitors.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of the bike and outdoor industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Design skills and experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
  • Understanding of front-end UX and its impact on user engagement.
