What You’ll Do:

  • Utilize data and reporting to identify and target key customers for engagement.

  • Harness Datadog’s existing customer engagement to influence future customers through in-flight deal discussions and external review sites e.g. TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights, G2, etc.

  • Support deal acceleration and scale Datadog’s global customer reference function through tools adoption.

  • Collaborate across departments such as Sales, Product Marketing, PR, and others to prioritize and develop integrated marketing journeys for top customer accounts.

  • Proactively identify and lead new projects that enhance the impact of customer marketing, coordinating with multiple departments to achieve broad program goals.

  • Forge and maintain robust relationships with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders, including creative, legal, finance, support, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Develop engaging customer-facing and internal presentations.

  • Facilitate customer participation in company events, showcasing their successes.

  • Act as a reliable business partner, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

  • Ensure flawless execution of marketing strategies and maintain strong customer relationships throughout joint marketing engagements.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ideally in a customer marketing role within a B2B technology company.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

  • Proficient in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
