You’ll be one of the first to validate cutting-edge generative tools, run structured evaluations, identify model behaviors, and translate complex system performance into actionable documentation for Engineering, Design, and Customer Enablement teams.
This is an advanced hybrid role that combines creative production, product QA, and model testing — ideal for a designer or creative technologist fluent in AI workflows, UX evaluation, and prompt logic.
Responsibilities
Conduct UX and stability testing of new tools and features; provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams
Track release changes and prepare notes and guidance for internal teams
Monitor usage data, edge cases, and bugs to support ongoing platform improvements
Run structured ML feature validation — measuring control, stability, and output fidelity across prompt conditions.
Develop internal evaluation frameworks for prompt tuning, dataset calibration, and edge-case handling.
Partner with Product and Engineering to diagnose quality issues, evaluate fixes, and verify visual accuracy across use cases.
Author release notes, eval summaries, and creative QA reports for internal distribution.
Create content examples that showcase new capabilities and serve as reference material for user-facing documentation.
Mentor internal creative teams on technical usage patterns and tool interoperability.
Benchmark platform performance against industry standards and internal expectations
Investigate user-reported issues and help identify underlying causes, escalation path from Customer Support
Curate and organize datasets for model training and validation (fashion, furniture, soft home, beauty, luggage, baby)
Label and structure data for targeted use cases such as sketch conversion and trend-driven generation
Flexibility to take on new responsibilities as they arise.
