Associate Creative Marketing Operations Co-Ordinator
Location: Hybrid (California-Los Angeles)
Team: Brand Marketing & Creative Operations

🚀 About the Role:
Are you a master of organized chaos who thrives on bringing creative ideas to life? We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and proactive Creative Marketing Operations Associate    to help power the engine behind Tillster’s global Brand Marketing, Creative, and UX/UI teams.

From killer sizzle reels to polished sell sheets and eye-catching digital assets, you’ll keep our creative machine moving—on time, on budget, and on point. You'll work across departments, time zones, and platforms to coordinate assets, manage timelines, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to level up their creative project management skills in a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Be the go-to project coordinator for marketing campaigns, UI/UX creative work, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Keep projects running like clockwork—tracking timelines, managing tickets, routing deliverables, and keeping teams aligned across departments.
  • Own the creative request intake process: log, track, and help prioritize work across UI/UX, marketing, and design.
  • Lead daily stand-ups with the UI/UX team, clear roadblocks, and keep creative tasks on schedule.
  • Use work management tools (like Asana, Wrike, Monday, or similar) to assign tasks, track progress, and manage proofing cycles.
  • Drive B2B marketing timelines—reporting on progress and keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Manage execution of a wide range of marketing deliverables, from digital ads and trade show materials to sales tools and website updates.
  • Assist in planning and executing trade shows—owning timelines, budgets, logistics, and post-event recaps.
  • Keep processes streamlined, efficient, and transparent by championing internal tools and templates.
  • Juggle multiple projects with finesse, always staying focused on quality, timelines, and accountability.
  • Support the VP of Marketing Ops, VP of UX/UI, and CMO with special projects and rapid-fire tasks as needed.
💡 What You Bring to the Table-Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of project coordination or marketing ops experience.
  • Comfortable using G Suite, Microsoft Office, and tools like Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, Wrike, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with creative asset file types (AI, PSD, PDF, JPEG) and how creative teams operate.
  • Excellent proofreading chops and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Strong communicator who’s just as effective over Slack or Zoom as in a meeting room.
  • Cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bonus points if you’ve managed trade show logistics or supported live events.
🌟 Why You’ll Love It Here:
  • Work with a passionate, tight-knit marketing team that values creativity, agility, and execution.
  • Make a direct impact on how our brand shows up in the world.
  • Collaborate with smart, kind, and driven colleagues across the globe.
  • Grow your career in a role that’s equal parts creative coordination and operational leadership.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
