About the Role:

Tubi is seeking an experienced Associate Creative Director (ACD) to join our Creative Studio team, with a dedicated focus on Tubi Originals. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a passion for storytelling who thrives in shaping campaigns that make original content stand out in a crowded entertainment landscape. The ACD will play a pivotal role in developing and directing creative for title-specific campaigns, with an emphasis on key art, editorial and motion graphics, copywriting, special shoots, vendor management, and strategic positioning. The successful candidate will demonstrate a polished professional presence, the ability to lead multi-channel campaigns, and strong skills in cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Creative Director, Director of Creative Operations, project managers, creative team members such as copywriters, editors, and motion graphics artist, XFN teams, and external partners to ensure that Tubi Originals campaigns are distinctive, compelling, and optimized to advertise each title with maximum relevance and impact.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead creative development for Tubi Originals campaigns, from concepting, to brief writing, to execution across video, motion, print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Direct key art development - from briefing and collaborating with photographers, illustrators, and designers to managing the creative process through final delivery.
  • Oversee editorial and motion graphics deliverables, ensuring tone, pacing, and visual style align with brand and campaign goals.
  • Plan and direct special shoots (key art, promo, behind-the-scenes, live-action) as needed, providing clear direction on performance, visual approach, and campaign integration.
  • Manage outside vendors and agencies, including creative shops, production partners, and freelancers, to ensure work meets Tubi’s creative standards and campaign strategy.
  • Craft and refine messaging in partnership with copywriters, shaping scripts, taglines, and campaign language to maximize impact.
  • Present creative concepts to executives and stakeholders, clearly articulating rationale and strategic alignment.
  • Stay ahead of trends in entertainment marketing, design, motion, and social media to push creative boundaries and maintain cultural relevance.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes clarity, consistency, and creative excellence.
  • Partner with Marketing, Content, CRM, Product, and other XFN teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned, integrated, and effective.

Your Background:

  • 7+ years of creative leadership experience in entertainment marketing at a streaming service, network, studio, or agency with a portfolio highlighting multi-channel title campaigns with emphasis on campaigns with key art, trailer/promo, and digital/social beats.
  • Proven expertise directing key art, trailers/teasers, motion graphics, and social creative, with experience leading special shoots and post-production.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and the ability to translate and articulate insights and positioning into breakthrough ideas.
  • Skilled in managing outside vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment and top-quality creative output.
  • Hands-on knowledge of production workflows and file formats of industry standard creative platforms like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing speed, volume, and quality.
  • Deep passion for film, television, and streaming culture - especially original storytelling.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long-term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
