Job Summary: 

The UI/UX Designer creates excellent end-user interactions and overall experience for those users navigating our data-dense web-based applications and websites. The UI/UX Designer seeks to improve the user experience by suggesting interactions that are simple, useful, scalable, accessible, and visually compelling. They collaborate with teams and individuals across a wide variety of departments as needed: Development Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and external clients. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Knowledge of user needs within the team's domain. 
  • Leads design projects across the entire product lifecycle. 
  • Develops high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes. 
  • Gauges the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change. 
  • Successfully implements design concepts within an agile environment. 
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing. 
  • Carry out user research and derive insights to inform design decisions. 
  • Test new ideas before implementing them. 
  • Drive UI/UX consistency across products. 
  • Any other reasonable activity required by management. 

Required Skills: 

  • Proficiency in design software like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. 
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Enthusiasm about design work in a software-as-a-service company. 
  • Driven by client satisfaction. 
  • Strong teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to manage own time and deliver expected results on time. 
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. 
  • Exceptional analytical skills. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Education and Experience: 

  • Degree in design or similar field. 
  • 2+ years of UI/UX design experience. 

Salary Range

$105,000.00 - $120,000.00

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and medical leave, STD/LTD insurance benefits.
