The Associate Consulting Services Project Manager | ECM will assist in the planning, managing and delivering of multiple clients facing projects at once. This person will work directly with our customers to oversee implementation projects of our Enterprise Content Management software within various different industries.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the activities of projects and client engagements, from inception to installation.
  • Prepare project deliverables (Project Plan, Project Change Requests and Project Lists); and use these deliverables to execute all project activities.
  • Provide support to project schedule, resources, budget and scope.
  • Ensure project plans and work products are based on approved and agreed upon requirements.
  • Track the status of deliverables and any decisions made regarding Project Change
  • Requests and outstanding issues.
  • Participate in weekly customer status calls and responds to client requests/questions in a timely manner.
  • Interact and assist members of cross-functional teams.
  • May be involved in ad hoc projects and/or small, short assignments.

What Could Set You Apart:

  • 1+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • PMP Certification preferred

    Range:

    Minimum: $71,000 USD Maximum: $114,000 USD

    The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
