Robots & Pencils is growing, and we’re looking for client-focused leaders to help grow our business. We help clients achieve real outcomes through cloud-native infrastructure, human-centered design, and pragmatic AI — and now we need someone to strengthen client relationships and ensure delivery excellence across our portfolio.
What you’ll do
- Shape account strategy with senior leaders and align cross-workstream goals to deliver client outcomes.
- Build and deepen executive relationships, fostering long-term strategic partnerships.
- Lead integrated program plans that balance client impact, profitability, and quality.
- Act as a role model for delivery teams, promoting trust, cohesion, and high standards.
- Coach Directors and develops emerging leaders, sponsoring career growth across the account.
- Partner with cross-functional R&P teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Define account vision, lead proposals for existing clients, and new clients with sales, and ensure delivery feasibility in growth opportunities.
- Oversee delivery quality, profitability, and talent while mitigating risks and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Contribute to practice standards through thought leadership, innovation, and reusable frameworks.
What we’re looking for
- 8–10 years of consulting and delivery leadership (experience at a major consultancy or mid-sized firm a plus).
- Experience growing accounts and building trusted executive-level relationships.
- Depth in digital delivery (software/product, cloud, data/AI) with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes.
- Strong account operations experience, program governance, profitability, talent allocation, forecasting, and delivery metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop emerging leaders, fostering team growth and cohesion.
- Recognized subject matter expertise in delivery and/or client domain, with the ability to influence client direction and industry practices.
- Flexibility for regular travel.
- Certifications (PMP, Agile/SAFe, etc.) are a plus.
