Your Role at impact.com: Channel Partner Associate
Partnerships are at the heart of impact.com—not just enabling thousands of brands to develop their own partnerships, but also ensuring we are a leading partner in our own right. As a Channel Partner Associate, your focus will be on nurturing and growing our engagement with new and existing agency partners. You will have the opportunity to be creative and develop campaigns and strategies to reach our growing channel partner ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with a portfolio of agency partners
  • Participating in recurring meetings with partners’ business development teams to develop mutual performance objectives and review progress
  • Creating and executing messaging cadences to keep partners up to date on impact.com and drive engagement at scale
  • Generating inbound referrals from channel partners and directing outbound customer referrals
  • Coordinating with marketing to develop co-marketing materials with partners

What You Bring:

  • You are passionate about your work, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • You are naturally curious about how things work, metrics and number savvy, and have an analytical mindset.
  • You enjoy networking and collaborating with your peers and industry professionals.
  • You excel in both critical thinking and execution with a high attention to detail
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have 1+ years of full-time work experience in sales, marketing or customer success

Salary range:  $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, plus an additional 30% Variable Commission Plan and generous stock (RSU) award.
