- Comparing and contrasting current company performance and processes with desired future performance and processes
- Identifying gaps that may exist between current processes and the processes that will be implemented as part of on-going projects
- Develop action plans that involves creating strategies and initiatives that bridge gaps between current and desired states
- Creating reports, charts, graphs, and presentations to aid in understanding new strategies for successful business changes
- Developing project estimates by identifying phases and elements, personnel requirements,
- Recommending use of new technology or existing technology alternatives to solve problems or make improvements

Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Business analysis or related experience: 0-2 years
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Technical skills:
- Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, visio, Jira, billing systems, etc
- Abilities:
- Quickly identify business problems & opportunities
- Prioritize & organize effectively
- Analyze & interpret data
- Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Preferred Qualifications
- Abilities:
- Interpret and understand existing business processes
- Perform and present gap analysis
- Create and present, to multiple levels of the company, project status, analysis, and solutions to gaps within assigned projects
