As an Associate Brand Manager (ABM), you will play a key role in developing and executing the consumer marketing strategy for FIJI Water. Our marketing team partners closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and deliver growth. As an ABM, you’ll serve as the link between sales, finance, vertically integrated operations, and our in-house creative team, helping bring the brand to life in market.

You’ll collaborate closely with PR & Events, Category Management, and Consumer Insights to monitor competitive and consumer trends, identify growth opportunities, and support the development of new products and marketing initiatives. This role also partners with Trade, Operations, and Sales teams to drive marketing plans and ensure strong execution.

This position is based at our West Los Angeles office on a hybrid schedule – in office Monday through Wednesday, with the option to work remotely Thursday and Friday.

Job Description

  • Drive the annual brand planning process for FIJI Water and lead effective execution of marketing plans and campaigns
  • Partner with Wonderful’s in-house creative agency across mass media and owned channels, drafting creative briefs, providing clear direction, and delivering actionable feedback to ensure high-quality output
  • Develop and articulate compelling brand positioning, key messages, and USPs
  • Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints and target audiences
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive executional excellence
  • Analyze FIJI Water brand and premium water category performance, leveraging syndicated data and internal metrics, and track/report on KPIs to inform strategy and evaluate marketing effectiveness
  • Manage the national marketing budget for FIJI Water in partnership with Finance
  • Support innovation and new product initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant marketing experience or MBA with 2-3 years of work experience
    • Beverage or CPG (consumer packaged goods) industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience analyzing syndicated data, preferably Circana/IRI or ACNielsen
  • Understanding of general business principles (e.g. P&L, trade economics, and promotions)
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of packaging, advertising, promotions, and point-of-sale marketing
  • Excellent analytical acumen to offer fact-based strategic insights
  • Strong project management skills
  • Executional excellence with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and written skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate cross-functional collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; MBA is a plus

Pay Range: $105,000 - $115,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
