What you will do

The Associate Brand Manager supports sales by creating and enhancing sales materials, coordinating trade shows, and evaluating marketing programs. They will analyze market conditions, recommend strategies to expand sales, and oversee market research and product feasibility projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development and execution of dynamic brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and drive market growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to innovate marketing campaigns that elevate brand presence and foster customer loyalty.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and market conditions to identify unique opportunities for brand differentiation, expansion, and business growth.
  • Lead the creative briefing process and coordinate the execution of trade shows, conferences, and promotional events, ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members to cultivate a culture of creativity and strategic thinking within the brand management team.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to optimize brand positioning, sales support materials, and marketing initiatives to maximize return on investment and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate product development feasibility studies, including market and competitor research.
  • Design, administer, and analyze market research and test marketing activities, producing detailed reports to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing programs and propose improvements to optimize outcomes.
  • Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to advance new product concepts from ideationt hrough early-stage development
  • Lead development and optimization of product claims, flavor concepts, and naming territories through consumer research, quantitative testing, and cross-functional collaboration.

What we are looking for


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in brand management, sales support, marketing roles, or driving brand initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively support sales teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  • Proven ability to blend analytical insights with creative problem-solving to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging digital platforms and emerging technologies to amplify brand engagement.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Exceptional communication skills to inspire collaboration and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in brand development.
  • Proficiency in market research methodologies and tools to evaluate marketing program effectiveness.

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$110,500.00 - $156,000.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
