Job Description
Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm that provides full-service creditors’ rights and real estate legal services at both the state and federal level in 19 states. Our firm is seeking an experienced Attorney to assist with litigation for its high-volume foreclosure practice. The position requires client contact and a high-volume workload. License to practice law in South Carolina required.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
- Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
- Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
- Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
- Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
- Texas barred for at least 5 years
- 2 years’ plus experience in Creditors’ Rights
- 2 years’ plus litigation experience
- Exercise a high-degree of professionalism
- Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills
- Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence
Required Education and Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Membership in the Texas Bar
