JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to Managing Director, Capital Solutions, the Associate/AVP will become part of a dynamic team and will be able to participate in the execution of numerous types of financing on behalf of Antares and third-party investors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the negotiation and execution of various financing facilities including CLOs, bank lines, unsecured bonds and subscription lines
- Respond to investor/lender inquiry on Antares offered or existing financings
- Coordinate with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams to update global marketing materials including investor pitch materials
- Provide support to legal document and rating agencies processes, as applicable
- Assist in the creation of materials presented to the Executive Committee and Board
- Prepare analysis and presentations in support of ad hoc requests from team members
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Accounting or related discipline
- 3-5+ years of structured products or securitization experience, or other experience in leveraged finance or related markets
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Solid problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong technical and analytical skills including financial analysis
- Strong work ethic; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range at the time of posting is below. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits. Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).

Salary Range
$125,000 - $170,000
