About this role

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Support the social content strategy process with a focus on content creation, pipeline management, content maintenance, and liaising with compliance teams.
  • Content generation: Create social media posts and work with the Global Content Team to create content for various audiences that align to business priorities, channel strategies, and channel best practices.
  • Content sign offs: Work closely with business stakeholders, Corporate Communications and Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that content posted on social media channels meets all the necessary reputational and legal requirements.
  • Subject matter expert: Stay informed on market trends and social media trends to help identify opportunities for optimizing our content to maximize reach and impact.
  • Data Analysis: Partner with data teams to translate content performance trends and learnings into concise, actionable insights to instruct future content generation.
  • Operational excellence: Partner with social media operations team to create and maintain social media guidelines and policies, workflow processes, and channel-specific best practice guidelines.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2C content creation, channel management, social and/or digital marketing, financial services experience is a plus
  • Digital native with robust knowledge of social media and emerging content platforms
  • Flawless written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience using content generation tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, Flourish)
  • Experience using social and project management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Airtable) for publishing, organizing, and reporting
  • End to end content production experience, both with agencies and in-house

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$130,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
