About the Opportunity – Associate Account Executive
This is an early-career, high-impact sales role designed to accelerate development into a top-performing SaaS seller. You will own SMB new business while gaining exposure to mid-market and enterprise sales motions. This role blends outbound prospecting, full-cycle closing, and strategic collaboration, providing hands-on experience across the sales lifecycle.
You will operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where success is driven by activity, curiosity, and continuous learning. This role offers direct exposure to experienced Account Executives and real deal cycles, positioning you for rapid growth and advancement.
Own full-cycle SMB sales (companies under 100 employees), from prospecting to close
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations
Manage active opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals
Partner with Mid-Market and Enterprise AEs to support strategic account penetration, building pipeline through strategic highly personalized outreach.
Generate meetings, surface stakeholders, and execute outbound campaigns into larger accounts
Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, collaboration, and deal exposure
About the Team:
- You’ll be part of a high-energy, remote-first sales organization focused on performance, collaboration, and growth. The team values accountability, continuous improvement, and shared success, with strong coaching and exposure to top-performing sellers across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments.
What You Bring:
2–3 years of proven track record of success in B2B sales (SDR/BDR; closing experience preferred)
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft
Experience selling SaaS or HR technology solutions
Comfort with strategic and personalized outbound activity and cold calling
Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining performance
Strong motivation to build a long-term career in sales
Competitive mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Clear and confident communication skills
Strong organizational skills and proactive work style
