POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Cloud Product Manager will focus on the implementation of Marketing Cloud for our Servicing and Lending business channels. This position will play a critical role in supporting key projects that will transform how we use Marketing Cloud to deliver on our marketing strategy across various lending channels.
DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities
- Become a Salesforce Marketing Cloud subject matter expert, understanding needs of business partners to support the delivery of enhanced features that meet complex business and compliance needs.
- Strong understanding of core Marketing Cloud out of the box features, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder.
- Work closely with the Marketing Cloud Product Leader to drive, develop, and maintain numerous project deliverables, including functional and non-functional specifications; Support data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagram, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing and other project artifacts.
- Manage implementation projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that the necessary data flows are in place to support both Marketing Cloud processes / journeys and external processes reliant on Marketing Cloud data.
- Support prioritization and backlog refinement processes needed to deliver on value streams / implementations that maximize ROI and can scale across channels.
- Stay up to date on best practices in marketing automation and MC functionalities, proactively identify capabilities that could be leveraged by the business to make existing processes more efficient and effective.
- Assist in the development of the Marketing Cloud roadmap, informed by inputs from business and technology team priorities, and ensure alignment against the broader Salesforce Enterprise roadmap.
- Engage with the support organization to provide training, support and technical assistance to operation team and end users.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years product manager/owner experience – or within a related field.
- Experience working in scaled agile development scrum teams, both onshore and offshore.
- Experience in driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, and solutions.
- Experience in working with both the business and technical team, coordinating solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
- Experience within mortgage lending or servicing industry preferred.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, preferred.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge
- Product management and Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical skills. Extensive knowledge of Marketing Cloud platform core services - Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Deliverability, SQL, AMPscript, HTML, BU Set Up & Configuration, Analytics & Reporting.
- Experience in guiding small-scale Marketing Cloud implementation projects.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, fast paced, and high growth environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Additional technical skills with additional Salesforce Marketing Cloud features a plus - including Distributed Marketing, MC Personalization (formerly Interaction Studio), Mobile Connect.
- Experience working with Salesforce Service & Sales Cloud, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Scaled Agile Framework preferred.
A good faith estimate of the compensation is:
$110,000.00-$120,000.00
The compensation range reflects a broad set of factors, including a candidate's background, experience, and work location, while also allowing room for growth within the role.
Additional Compensation:
The individual in this position will be eligible for a bonus based on individual and company performance, variable or annual.
