The Assistant Vice President, Fund Marketing will drive marketing initiatives for Aristotle Funds and Aristotle Pacific Capital (APC), including the development of product marketing, investment content, sales enablement materials, and integrated campaigns. This role will serve as a senior marketing partner to executive leadership, investment professionals, product owners, distribution, design, digital, and compliance teams, helping translate investment capabilities and business priorities into clear, differentiated client and advisor experiences.
This position will play a key role in new product and vehicle launches, product positioning, thought leadership, advisor and institutional marketing, brand stewardship, and firm-wide growth initiatives. The role will support a range of investment vehicles and audiences, including mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts and other strategies marketed through Aristotle Funds and APC, while ensuring messaging is consistent, relevant, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. This position will report to the Senior Vice President, Head of Fund Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic marketing initiatives for Aristotle Funds and Aristotle Pacific Capital in alignment with firm, investment, distribution, and brand objectives.
- Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies across mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, and other investment offerings.
- Partner with investment, product, and distribution teams to translate investment strategies, market insights, and product capabilities into clear, differentiated marketing communications.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, including email, web, social, video, webinars, events, paid media, and sales enablement.
- Own the development and evolution of product and investment marketing materials, including presentations, fact sheets, commentaries, insights, brochures, and product overviews.
- Develop and advance thought leadership programs in partnership with portfolio managers, research professionals, and subject matter experts to support brand awareness, engagement, and business objectives.
- Partner with Distribution and Client Service to identify audience needs and develop marketing strategies and tools that support acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth.
- Lead marketing strategy and execution for new product and vehicle launches, from positioning and audience strategy through launch, activation, and post-launch optimization.
- Serve as a steward of the Aristotle Funds and Aristotle Pacific Capital brands, ensuring consistency across messaging, visual identity, and client experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Use competitive, market, audience, campaign, and digital insights to inform strategy, measure performance, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure marketing communications meet regulatory and internal requirements while maintaining an efficient review process.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and serve as a senior marketing resource to cross-functional partners, promoting strong execution, consistency, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial services or asset management marketing, with strong experience across product marketing, investment communications, campaign strategy, and sales enablement. Mutual fund, ETF, intermediary, or institutional marketing experience preferred.
- Experience developing integrated marketing programs across digital and traditional channels, including web, email, social, video, webinars, events, paid media, and sales enablement.
- Experience supporting multiple client segments, including financial advisors, RIAs, broker/dealers, institutional investors, consultants, and other intermediaries.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business, economics, marketing, or communications.
- Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that align investment, distribution, client, and business objectives.
- Strong understanding of investment products, markets, and asset management distribution, with the ability to quickly develop expertise across new strategies, vehicles, and competitive categories.
- Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across investment, product, distribution, sales, digital, and compliance teams.
- Exceptional writing, editing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, compelling communications for a range of audiences.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use market, audience, campaign, and digital data to inform decisions and measure effectiveness.
- Strong business judgment, project management skills, and attention to detail, with a high standard for quality, consistency, and brand integrity.
- Ability to effectively partner with senior leadership and investment professionals and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of asset management marketing practices and regulatory and compliance requirements applicable to investment communications.
