岗位职责

• 全程负责项目电气工程，从设计、招采、施工到调试交付的全过程管理。
• 参与设计评审，优化电气系统方案，确保可靠性、经济性及可维护性。
• 编制电气招标技术规格书，参与供应商考察及评标工作。
• 跟踪高低压柜、变压器、UPS等关键设备生产交付进度。
• 监督现场电气安装及试验，确保符合规范及设计要求。
• 组织电气系统送电、调试及与其它专业的联动测试。
• 管控电气变更及现场签证，评估成本与工期影响。
• 定期向项目决策层汇报电气进度、质量及风险状况。
• 组织竣工图及操作维护手册编制，协助最终验收移交。
• 作为电气专业接口人，协调设计院、供电部门、承包商及设备供应商。

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for electrical works throughout the entire project lifecycle from design, procurement, construction to commissioning and handover.
• Participate in design reviews, optimizing electrical system solutions for reliability, cost-effectiveness, and maintainability.
• Prepare electrical technical specifications for tendering, and participate in supplier assessments and bid evaluations.
• Track the manufacturing and delivery progress of key equipment such as HV/LV switchgear, transformers, and UPS.
• Supervise on-site electrical installation and testing to ensure compliance with codes and design requirements.
• Organize power energization, system commissioning, and integrated testing with other trades.
• Control electrical change orders and site variations, assessing cost and schedule impacts.
• Regularly report to project decision-makers on electrical progress, quality, and risk status.
• Organize the preparation of as-built drawings and O&M manuals and assist in final acceptance and handover.
• Serve as the primary electrical interface, coordinating among design institutes, utility providers, contractors, and equipment vendors.

岗位要求

• 本科或以上学历，电气工程、电力系统及其自动化、建筑电气或相关专业。
• 至少5年建筑电气工程经验，有电子半导体、医药或制造业工厂厂房项目全过程管理背景者优先。
• 熟悉电气系统从设计、招标、采购、安装到调试的全流程管控。
• 有电气招标技术文件编制及供应商评估经验。
• 熟悉电力系统相关规范及并网报装流程。
• 具备独立判断和决策能力，能在复杂现场环境中有效推进工作。
• 沟通协调能力突出，能与多方高效合作。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems and Automation, Building Electrical, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical engineering experience, preferably with full-cycle project management background in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing plant projects.
• Familiar with the full-cycle management of electrical systems from design, tendering, procurement, installation to commissioning.
• Experience in electrical technical RFP preparation and supplier evaluation.
• Familiar with power system codes and utility connection application processes.
• Strong independent judgment and decision-making ability, able to effectively advance work in complex on-site environments.
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate efficiently with multiple parties.
