What you will do

Provides process science and technical leadership for the China KXP portfolio, including Nexus, Project Wu, new product development, and related base business activities.


Leads technical assessment, planning, and execution for product and process changes, manufacturing site changes, stability strategies, specification updates, cleaning and process validation, system readiness, technology transfer, and post-MAH-transfer activities.


Applies scientific, data-driven, and risk-based approaches to troubleshoot product and process issues, assess technical and supply risks, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

Partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain, Engineering, and regional and global Technical Operations teams to ensure technical projects and documentation are delivered in a timely and compliant manner.

Provides technical leadership to cross-functional teams and external partners to align project scope, priorities, responsibilities, timelines, and technical decisions.


Supports product quality, regulatory compliance, process robustness, supply continuity, cost effectiveness, and delivery of China business objectives.
