UTA is looking for an Assistant to the Global Head of UTA IQ and VP of IQ Operations. UTA IQ works closely with clients and their teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.  

The core work of IQ is to develop compelling data-driven narratives that aid in negotiations and help clients make more informed decisions. The team utilizes myriad proprietary and third-party data sources to power their analyses. Deep knowledge of social media makes IQ a powerful ally for UTA clients in expanding their owned audiences. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, enjoys research, is comfortable providing general administrative support and thrives in a fast-paced environment.  

This is a full-time role with benefits and will pay $23.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do 

  • Provide administrative support including managing phone, calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. 
  • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations. 
  • Track and review contracts, client calendars, and payments through a series of detailed grids 
  • Manage expenses and maintain accurate records using company systems and software. 
  • Support in the coordination of logistics for client events, industry conferences, and promotional opportunities. 
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support client projects and initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments within UTA to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 

 

What You Need 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Prior experience in analytics or a similar administrative role, preferably within the entertainment industry. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and problem-solve independently. 
  • A passion for entertainment and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
