Your Role

Utilize computer and management skills to support employees. Interact with Charting Manager and other internal teams to meet client needs.

 
Your Responsibilities

• Tracking and inventory of all Deliveries

• Input of received material electronically into OMS

• Process employee expense reports

• All accident reporting: auto, employee and property damage

• Maintain and update operations filing system

• Answer all inquiries from the Charting team

• Interact with Production Manager to ensure delivery of material in a timely manner

• Process vendor invoices including all payment tracking

• Maintain a high degree of safety standards and awareness of such

• Responsible for shipping and receiving materials.

• Employ conflict management skills as needed.

Your Qualifications

• 4+ years Administrative Experience

• Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook

• Must be multi-task oriented, and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.

• Good organizational skills, willing to take initiative and self-motivated.

The salary range for this role is $68,000-$80,000 per year.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.   Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency Law.
