About the Role

The Assistant Media Planner is an entry level planner who has some marketing or paid media experience and can work collaboratively with the team around them. The Assistant Media Planner will be a key collaborator with internal personnel in service of our award-winning clients.

Requirements
  • A positive, can-do, and customer-centric attitude toward your work
  • Experience in Marketing, Media Strategy or Planning
  • A desire to develop client-facing presentation skills and relationships
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong quantitative skills – media planning involves a lot of math

What you’ll be doing

  • Monitoring ad campaigns to ensure they're running smoothly and KPIs are being met
  • Assisting Senior Media Planners in putting together media buys across all channels
  • Assisting in the creation of client-facing reports and analyses
  • Delivering clear, cohesive analyses and key findings to internal team members in an easily understood manner
  • Staying current with client and industry benchmarks in a constantly changing environment

Bonus Points

  • Proficiency with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
  • Experience running paid search, social media campaigns and/or display ads
  • Google Ads or Google Analytics Certified
