Position Overview: Dolls Kill is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Sales Manager to drive sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales goals, enhancing store operations, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for fashion and a track record of success in retail sales management.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Performance: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor and analyze daily sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities to drive growth. Collaborate with the General Manager to execute store promotions, special events, and sales initiative.

Customer Experience: Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service and ensure that all team members deliver a high standard of customer care. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and effective manner. Foster a welcoming and engaging store environment that enhances the overall shopping experience.

Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Conduct regular training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills and maintain a positive and collaborative team culture that aligns with Dolls Kill’s values and mission. Collaborate with the General Manager to create and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations.

Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.

Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.

Sales Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and develop strategies for continuous improvement. Provide insights and feedback to the General Manager based on sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.

Visual Merchandising: Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that store displays and product arrangements align with brand guidelines and seasonal themes. Monitor the visual presentation of the store and make adjustments to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Collaboration with General Manager: Work closely with the General Manager to align on store objectives, operational strategies, and overall business goals. Support the General Manager in implementing company-wide initiatives and ensuring consistency in store operations.


Qualifications:


3 - 5 years of experience in Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in retail sales management with a strong track record of achieving sales goals.

Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make strategic decision. strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

Creative problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for visual merchandising.

Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
