The Role:
Assistant Manager, Performance GM Envolve OnStar i s a key role within the GM Envolve OnStar Sales organization. This individual is responsible for enhancing sales performance through data-driven strategy, operational oversight, and process optimization. With a focus on KPIs, scorecards, and incentive programs, the Assistant Manager will help drive subscription growth and operational efficiency across both Commercial Business to Business and Dealer sales channels.
This individual will oversee two contract resources and collaborate closely with a GM Envolve OnStar analyst to analyze performance trends and develop initiatives to improve sales effectiveness and dealer onboarding processes.

What You'll Do: (Responsibilities):
- Oversee two contract resources focused on assisting GM dealers and field teams with customer onboarding and retention.
- Collaborate with the GM Envolve OnStar analyst to glean actionable insights and drive operational improvements.
- Support the GM Envolve OnStar Sales team to increase awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue for OnStar Safety and Telematics services.
- Develop and refine performance management frameworks including KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and incentive plans to support month-over-month improvement.
- Align performance scorecards to business objectives and desired sales team, dealer and customer behaviors.
- Leverage sales and CRM reporting tools to monitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategic actions to leadership.
- Prepare and deliver performance presentations for regional field sales teams and GM Envolve leadership.
- Partner with Sales Operations and Training to develop performance tools, job aids, and best practices for repeatable success.
- Identify and standardize best practices across dealerships and field teams.
- Champion continuous improvement efforts through process analysis, feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate sales planning activities, team meetings, and represent OnStar Sales in cross-functional initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales performance, operations, strategy, analytics, or program management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field required
- Proven ability to develop and manage KPIs, performance dashboards, and scorecards.
- Demonstrated expertise in fleet operations with a strong understanding of business workflows, operational execution, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide strategy and operational improvements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence across levels and functions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities.
