About the role

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates in a high volume store. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.

• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial discipline.

• Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team.
   

You'll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)

• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system

• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results

• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
