We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team at our Direct-to-Consumer site in West Sacramento, CA, where you’ll play a key role in driving efficiency, leading people, and ensuring seamless operations in a large-scale facility.

Shift Available: Sunday- Thursday,What You’ll Do:
Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team — from hiring and training to coaching and performance feedback.
Drive operational success by setting and achieving key performance goals (KPIs).
Oversee warehouse operations including production planning, labor management, and workflow optimization.
Partner with maintenance and inventory control to maximize productivity and accuracy.
Implement and maintain operational procedures that keep shipments, inventory, and workflows on track.
Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and regulatory standards.
Act as a trusted partner to the General Manager — supporting customer relationships, sales efforts, and business growth strategies.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of operations leadership experience in supply chain, distribution, or related field.
A track record of driving results through strategic planning, performance management, and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement practices.
Strong leadership skills with experience training, coaching, and developing teams.
Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solver with analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions — from cold storage (-20°F) to dry storage (100°F) — with company-provided protective gear.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed.
