We're on the lookout for a highly organised and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to join our New Brands team. This exciting role supports the end-to-end onboarding of new brands into MECCA, from initial conversations to final product setup. As a key liaison between internal departments and external brand partners, you’ll play an essential role in shaping MECCA’s future brand portfolio.

The Role You Could Play:

  • Managing the New Brands inbox, master tracker, and brand meeting scheduling

  • Coordinating all sample management including: liaising with brands on samples, sample room management, internal stakeholder testing, and preparation of brand facing feedback. 

  • Supporting feasibility processes with market and trend analysis

  • Ownership of the on boarding process for new brands at MECCA. Organising documentation and brand critical path. Ensuring all timelines are met and data is entered into the system.

  • Liaising with internal teams and external contacts to ensure seamless onboarding and brand launch

  • Assisting with planning and execution of international brand visits and new store ranging

  • Updating marketing line plans and preparing brand decks for internal and external stakeholders

  • Aiding in Leadership Team facing decks, that provide updates on the pipeline of new brands.

What You Will Bring:

You are organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You love all things beauty, are naturally curious, and possess the ability to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Strong time management and communication skills

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a sharp eye for detail

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders

  • Tertiary qualification (preferred)

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint & Excel)

  • Prior experience in administration or coordination roles is advantageous
