ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Assistant Account Executive will support the Account Executive, Management Supervisor and Account Director in managing integrated production initiatives including social, digital, OOH, broadcast and experiential. The AAE will interface with various internal departments and partner agencies as well as Clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Organizing client and internal meetings.
  • Ensuring all meeting attendees are prepped in advance with the appropriate materials and drafting conference reports.
  • Managing trafficking and talent usage.
  • Compiling ongoing client and partner agency status reports.
  • Managing monthly billing process.
  • Tracking weekly sales and reporting insights and trends to the larger internal team.
  • Supporting the account team and working cross-functionally with other departments such as Project Management, Strategy, Production, and Creative, on production initiatives and day-to-day client deliverables.
  • Tracking industry competitive, trends and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 1 year of working experience in marketing, advertising, or relevant field.
  • Intern experience in marketing, advertising or other professional office environments.
  • Undergraduate degree from college or university.
  • Local in LA Market and able to come into the office Tuesday-Thursday every week.
  • Good attitude and a team player.

The base salary is $52000 - $57500k plus overtime + benefits.
